Manufacturing Plants

Details about Manufacturing Plants: Two Production Facilities viz. Unit-1 & Unit-2

Unit 1

This first facility was established in 1982 and is spread across 2400 sq. m. It is fully equipped to produce most Anthraquinone and Quinolone solvent dyes.

This plant is designed to produce powder dyes and contains machinery like Reaction Vessels, Centrifuge, Agitated Neutche filter and Dryers, apart from a well-equipped laboratory.

Unit 2

Established in 2004 over sprawling 10,000 sq. m area, this second modern plant is designed to produce liquid solvent dyes. It is equipped with machinery like Reaction Vessels, Huge Storage Tanks and Dedicated Storage areas for explosive material (with license to store), along with a state-of-the-art laboratory. This plant produces most of the Azoic and Anthraquinone series Solvent Dyes.

All our facilities have 100% legal compliances pertaining to manufacturing consents and environmental clearance certificates. Moreover, all our facilities are ISO 45001 certified by British Standards Institution. It also has all installations to ensure proper Environmental, Health and Safety compliance.

Both plants are located in close proximity to each other and to Mumbai Seaport and Airports.
