This eminent technocrat is a gold medallist of the 1971 batch of chemical engineers from UDCT – now known as UICT. Not only is he one of the 3 promoters of the Retort Group, but also one of the main pillars of the company and a great mentor to everyone in the organisation.
As a Business Management Graduate with specialisation in International Business, Mr. Vikrant V Gaitonde joined Retort in 2001 and worked in different departments and areas of operations. He has played a key role in establishing global business activities for the company since 2005. With 24 years of deep industry experience in the field of Product development, Projects, Plant establishments, Business Development, Finance, Business strategy, SCM and Projects, he was made Commercial Director in 2022. Presently he handles Marketing, Finance and Projects.

Joining the Retort Group in 2012, Mr. Harish H. Mahajan became its Technical Director in 2022. He has 12 years of industry experience in the field of Manufacturing and Product Development. He currently manages Plant operations, R&D and Projects.

Ms. Rachana R. Nadkarni had 10 years’ prior experience in Marketing and Sales when she joined Retort Group in 2018. She is in charge of Domestic Marketing activities.
